Classification of conductive plastics
1.1. According to the classification of electrical properties, it can be divided into: insulator, antistatic, conductive and high conductor. Generally, the insulator with a resistance value of more than 1012 Ω· cm is called an insulator; the semiconductor or anti-static body with a resistance value of 105 ~ 1011 Ω· cm is called a semiconductor; the conductor with a resistance value of less than 105 Ω· cm is called a conductor; the high conductor with a resistance value of less than 100 Ω· cm is called a high conductor.
1.2. According to the manufacturing method of conductive plastics, it can be divided into structural conductive plastics and composite conductive plastics
1.2.1 structural conductive plastic, also known as intrinsic conductive plastic, refers to the plastic that has conductivity itself or has conductivity after chemical modification. The synthesis process of structural material is complex, high cost, and very expensive at present. It is a kind of conductive plastic with real significance. Once the R & D breaks through the technical bottleneck, it will bring unimaginable impact on our life.
Structural polymer conductive materials mainly include:
(1) π - conjugated polymers, such as polyethylene, (SR) n, linear polyphenylene, layered polymers, etc;
(2) metal chelates: such as polyketo phthalocyanine;
(3) charge moving polymer complex: such as polycation, CQ complex.
1.2.2 composite type is composed of conductive material and polymer material. This kind of functional polymer material has been widely used because of its low cost and can meet various molding requirements. According to different conductive fillers, composite conductive plastics can be divided into antistatic agent system, whisker system, metal system (various metal powders, fibers, sheets, etc.), carbon system (carbon black, graphite, etc.), which can be adjusted and produced according to different requirements of product resistance value.
1.3. It can be divided into:
Antistatic materials, conductive materials and electromagnetic wave shielding materials.

What is the masterbatch in the carbon black conductive masterbatch?
Masterbatch is a kind of plastic processing aid developed in 1980s. It is composed of chemical aid, carrier plastic and dispersant.Masterbatch refers to the granular material produced by mixing, melting, extruding and pelletizing the masterbatch and the carrier plastic through the extruder in order to operate conveniently and blend all kinds of auxiliaries, carrier plastics and dispersants needed,

How to test the resistivity of conductive plastics?
In the work of many friends will ask, conductive plastic resistivity is how to test it? To understand this, we need to know what is the definition of resistivity. Resistivity is a physical quantity used to express the resistance characteristics of various substances. The ratio of the product of resistance and cross-sectional area of an element made of a substance (20 ° C at normal temperature) to
